Whole Meal Sourdough Starter.

So had a rush of blood and decided to make a starter.Not entirely sure what to do with it apart from pancakes. Are there any very basic bread recipes about or can I add it to a normal brown bread recipe?

I don't make yeast bread but I'm always watching as others make lovely loaves. Saw this website and thought you might get some help there. http://www.shipton-mill.com/baking/recipes/sourdough

Saw that site but passed it by.Definitely seems to be some possibilities there to start with.
