Best head-up display for satnav

Hi Anyone have a head-up display for their satnav. You know where the satnav image is projected onto the windscreen for safer driving (apparently). I know Garmin do one for about 150 quid on eBay but you have to have their app as well (i use different satnav apps and I'm not even sure if Navigon is any good).
