True! Family of film makers so glad something was learned from them :)

Microsoft Movie Maker - really easy to do the editing on, basic enough but does a nice job. The Garmin VIRB software is a 'mare to deal with.

All new Social Media special offers between now and Monday are quite likely null & void!!

The 2 day racers go off at 6:30 on Saturday.

Non-stop racers get a lie in and start at 12pm :D

The more discounts you give, the more lunatics you have to do race support for :) So that's six cups of tea you need to have ready at each transition :) and three kayaks you have to help haul out of the water at each lock gate!!

think you're missing the philosophy behind the driver neady. 5 minutes. and it ain't cheap.

the first few minutes of this clip set out the terms and conditions pretty well

Some amount of stuff assembled for just 24hrs!!

A lot of backup gear will be left in the boxes thankfully. Amazing how when there's a support vehicle you tend not to whittle out gear.

Completely different story when you're carrying it all on your back!!!

I always thought ye adventure racers were a hard lot - a sheet of tin foil, some bread and ham slices and you can go for days.

What must they think when they see a show pony like you rocking up.

Please tell me those blue poles are paddles and not what you see the auld lads using to get up Croke Patrick ;)

Best of luck to both of ye!
