Fifa 15, missing ultimate team squad?

hi, I had been building a team on the web app, when i installed fifa 15 on the ps4 and went to ultimate team my squad was completely gone and replaced with "lambeth united" does anyone know whats going on? or why this happened? I'm ****ing disgusted to be honest, I wrote to EA but no reply as of yet Thanks
