Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Long story..I had to change all my accounts associated with my vodafone mail account as they are withdrawing the service next month. So i created a new gmail account a week ago. This evening i went to change my apple id email address, but it said there was already an account associated with my new email address??
I then did requested a new password, logged into iTunes with my new email and password and i have details of a woman in dublin, her address and phone number!!
    How did this happen??
My next step is obviously contact apple??
    thanks

    Weird.

Email addresses have to be verified before they are associated with an Apple ID. But it's possible this was someone trying to set up a new account but they entered the wrong email address by mistake. If so they wouldn't have been able to use the Apple ID, so you seeing their personal details is no one's fault but their own.

The fact this person was also from Ireland is very strange, though. Could someone else have chosen a similar email username or thought yours was theirs? Did you use your name?

yeah, very strange.. and there name is completely different from mine..the email address i used was my name with a number at the end. What surprised me most is that apple did not think anymore needed to be done about it.
