Not sure if anyone on this side of the water has completed the Arch to Arc challenge but it's pretty impressive. Run from Marble Arch in London (87 miles), swim the channel (~22 miles) and cycle from Calais to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris (180 miles)
A family friend in the UK just completed this in a world record time for women - 78 hours 39 mins. Pretty impressive by any standard!
Some info on how she did here, she was collecting for the MS Trust in the UK.
