    after seven years of secrecy and one big redesign blizzard have finally pulled the plug on what was supposed to a next gen mmorpg to succeed WoW.

    what with wildstar's pretty epic fail and ESO's meh performance doesn't seem to be much confidence left in the mmorpg market right now. i think companies are finally starting to realise no one will ever recreate the success of wow.

    hopefully this might lead to some genuine innovation in the genre from indie devs.

    Blizz will have a new MMO after they shut down WoW in 2030 ;)

    I believe pc gamer had a recent article on it which discussed this, was an mmo fps I believe.
