I don’t know how to word the title. Basically the mother has a phone that she only uses to ring me to collect her as she can’t walk. She could use it a few times; she could not use it for months. She’s on meteor and I just went to ring and got the you need to top up in five months message. Is there any way around this or…

Is there any way around this or any company that doesn’t do this? As she ends up with a load of credit shell never use as she has to top up to use the phone

I believe O2 only require you to make one chargeable call every 6 months, rather than a top-up every 6 months
