    Hi,

    Can one of the reps here have a look at my Account.
    It doesnt look like im getting the ValueSaver NightSaver discount.

    I will send on my details once some here picks this up

    Thanks for getting in touch. Would it be that the end date of your price-plan has passed? If not though, we will check into it further for you ASAP if you private message any of us your Electric Ireland account number, confirm that you are the account-holder, your name, address in full and telephone number.
