Garden vac for collecting & shredding

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced garden vac for collecting and shredding leaves? An electric one is fine as there are power points around the garden. The shredded leaves will then be used to make compost. Thanks in advance.

I have the stihl sh 86 and it is very good, obviously it will struggle with collecting wet leaves but other than that it is very capable.
