    I have just finished building a new house and would like to connect to eircom. Can you tell me what the process for this is please?

    Assuming the correct ducting has been put in place already by your builder (see pdf below)

    Building your own home

    You can order service over the Phone by calling Sales on 1800 503 303. We normally advise 10 working days for installation of the Phone line but please note it may take longer if additional cabling, equipment etc is required.
