Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hmmm didn't see much wrong with that

Any excuse to blow the whistle against us by Mason.
An offside given by the linesman earlier that was not offside too.

That's as bad a decision as you'll ever see

Very very harsh on welbeck. He's playing very well so far. I like him even if his finishing needs polishing

Phil mitchell was always a w@nker anyway

If the teams continue like this then it'll be an easy win for us. Dunno if that'll happen tho

Sanchez played cm for Chile a good few times and he played cm for us a few months back.

Are you sure you're by confusing it with playing centrally?

I mean you basically have Sanchez in the Ramsey position.

    What games were they?

Right decision on the Giroud/Tiote things there I think.

Sanchez is as hard as nails. Great wee player.

Arguably Giroud could have been booked if anything

Big let off that. Need to put this game to bed or they'll sneak back into it.

Harsh considering Sanchez stepped across him to impede him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,435 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Hate to see such a high line.
Feck off back into your own half Mert.

Bellerin needs to watch himself now or he'll be sent off.
Inclined to charge in a bit too eagerly.

    Emirates sounds like a library.

It's a fine line - it was just such a challenge (albeit perfectly timed) that led to the goal

Always has done when we're winning or losing to be fair Omega. We could be playing world class football and be the best team in the world, the place would be like a library. The atmosphere only really was great when we beat Barcelona 2-1 a few years back.

Apart from that two saves are Gk pulled off, they haven't been bombarding our goal. Giroud, Sanchez and Welbeck have been very good.

Bellerin looks a much better RB prospect than Chambers

what are these clowns at Skysports talking about? Really?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,828 ✭✭✭gosplan

    Ha ha,

Newcastle conceded to our only shot on target.

What an ineffective defensive unit they must be to allow a stat like that.

I always turn it off when any Sky Sports pundit talks except when its Gary Neville who actually makes sense and the only one who seems to have looked at the matches.

Nah maybe the Arsenal game he played CAM but i've defo seen him playing cm alongside Vidal with Chile a few times. Really don't know which games, try googling it or something.

Don't think I've listened to a pundit for a few years.

    It's lowest common denominator stuff.

They're trying to reach the person who knows very little about football and have nothing to offer someone who would spend a lot of time online discussing it.

Just picturing Walcott and Bellerin having a race down the right for a through ball

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,435 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Santi continues to give the ball away a lot. Poor this season.

The rules don't necessitate a match thread they just mean if there is one then it gets used instead of the super thread. :)

the last month he's been one of our better players to be honest. Tonight him and Ox have been given the ball away far too much. He goes and scores as I write this :pac:

No point doing match threads unless we're playing City/Chelsea/Spurs/United/Liverpool

Will take your word for it. Personally though wouldn't like the sound of him there at all.
