Welbeck and Cambell are unproven. Sanchez and Walcott are better attacking midfielders than strikers. As good as Giroud is we will never win the league with him as our main striker. We need a 30 goal a season striker to be considered contenders. Chelsea have Costa this season whereas Liverpool lost Saurez in the summer and are struggling. Even though Liverpools defence was shocking last season they were still contenders going into last game of season.

It was Liverpools defence that ended up costing them the league in the end though

True, they conceded 50 goals last season. Thats why we need more defensive cover and top class striker.

If ive learnt anything from the last few windows its that the redtops and twitter is a huge bag of donkey sh1te when it comes to rumours.
Its all just clickbait. I still get sucked in at times but wouldnt give them too much thought

I've only seen the Transfer News Site twitter saying Khedira to Arsenal for 11 but they talk absolute nonsense most of the time.

Great to see Walcott start would have liked Alexis rested but options probably not there.

Agree with you regarding Alexis, would have preferred him on the bench and come in if needed during second half.
I guess with our next game on Sunday, he will have an extra day to recover.
