Ronald Koeman.... good football and looks like a great tactician. Getting the best out of a team who sold a scatter of top players.

Basically any manager that helps get the hunger back . Never wanted wenger gone before.

He's been hit or miss at bigger clubs. Almost got Valencia relegated and did little at Benfica.

    What's the 2 trophies?

You think top 4 is all we should aim for?

The FA cup and the Community Shield... Do you not remember

I think City and Cheksea are beyond us money wise

I don't know who will replace him as I only watch the EPL.
But to think Wenger is doing a god job is madness.
He has us playing rubbish, is clueless on tactics, his training methods seem to be poor and he can no longer motivate.
Mourinho was right with his "specialist in failure" remark.

    Sad but true.

Remember mourinho saying no manager would get away with what Wenger does

That was during his last spell at Chelsea.

Fast forward 5 years and were still in the same position.

    Just think about that.

Michael Landrup did the same for Swansea then the next year he got the Sack and they finish near the bottom, most people on here were saying give Landrup the Arsenal job. So I wait on the Koeman thing.

Low is a unknown on the club scene. Garcia got ripped apart by the Munich, and the Italian league isn't up to much. Maybe he could do a job but can he out play the Jose's of this world, I doubt it.

Done very well in France too, if we dont give it a try we will never know. We cant be afraid of change. Id trust Garcia or Low quicker against Mourinho then I would Wenger who has never beaten him.

It be a risk as the PL is a massive step up then the Dutch League. If they get the backing and bring in a new way of playing then it be worth a punt.

Jasus your great at asking questions without giving any input or at least an input of any use.

Why would he go to Arsenal, I can think of a few. More money over 7 millions pounds is a huge enticement add in Sanchez and Ozil the type of players any manager in the world would be wetting there lips at the prospect of working with them.

But the other 3 are very attainable so? They all are very astute tactical managers. Why dont we be proactive and get Simeone before City sack pellegrini so?

Because Simeone won't leave Atletico during the season. He was a club legend there as a player and has almost God like status there as a manager.

Garcia maybe. I'd lump him in with the "chance" though.
Klopp won't leave Dortmund in this state. Maybe at the end of the season.
Simeone, can't see why he'd leave Atletico for us.
Low has no meaningful club management experience.

I don't know, take a look at the end of the season. But sacking Wenger and hoping that one of the mentioned names leaves during the season is a bit mad.

De Beor, Martinez and Garcia would all go now if we came calling. Low could do it along with the German job. Its only a small list, im sure theres more managers out there.

Maybe he doesn't want International football a lot don't and the Dutch are very much transitioning.

It's deluded to think he wouldn't leave a club he has a 12 week affiliation to for a club like Arsenal????

    Without actually giving reasons.

Were 6th in the league just lost to Swansea and threw away a 3 goal lead mid week what is there to defend in that?

We are one of the biggest clubs in the world, bigger than Roma, Dortmund and Atletico, pay a huge wage and have the cash to invest in the team. Why wouldn't they want to join?

He wont leave for Holland as a "f*ck you" to their FA. He's annoyed that they went for Hiddink over him and came crawling once things went tits up.

I would wager that he would accept the Arsenal job if offered.

This is all hypothetical and fantasy land anyway. Wenger is never getting the sack. It wont happen.

their not. And if 10 games make you a bad manager, Wenger must be on his own level at this stage.

Look at Liverpool who finished second and look at Man Utd, we need to see things a bit level minded here. Lets not make out its a disaster in epic terms.

It's November. We were 4th last week, one win off qualifying for the knockout stages of the UCL.

No English side has qualified yet I'll remind you. Where are United, where are Liverpool...this isn't a disaster

Unai Emery would be another one.

Very tactically astute and did very well at Valencia when his best players were being sold from under him.

Came in last season and turned Sevilla around and won them the Europa League. They are top 5 in Spain at the moment despite having sold, again, a number of their best players.

I just can't see Wenger being sacked, ever. Perhaps they could advise him to "retire" in the best interests of the club. They would then charge him with finding his replacement before he takes up a new role as director of football or the likes. He'll be still hanging around the Emirates til he's 100!

I have no interest in goings on at United or Liverpool are you trying to say look there shiite to so were not alone in playing crap so its ok?

We were 4th last week yes but still 9 points off top with only 4 wins in the league most of us didn't let the fact we were up to fourth disguise the fact we have been muck this season.

You are not bigger than Atletico or Dortmund. Maybe in terms of commercial revenues but that is it.

Seriously efb this is pointless. You are
    Happy with 4th
Think Jose is a bad example of change
Think Koeman would not be interested in Arsenal
This the community shield is a trophy
Think there is no better manager we can get than Arsene
Think fans are over reacting and things are fine

It's a waste of my time trying to discuss

Strange that then isn't it how Chelsea are FFP compliant with a similar wage bill and finances to our own.

People need to stop using the Chelsea are bankrolled excuse its long out of date.

You have to look over a period of time, unless all you are concerned about is the most recent result which explains the shortsightedness here

We are sixth. That means we are doing worse than at least 4 other teams that aren't Chelsea.

In terms of qualification for the CL, I think it will be a long fight to the end where we are far from guaranteed to come out on top. We are aiming for 4th at this stage and that is going to be very tough on recent form. Where we are, and how bad we currently are is all down to Wenger, his lack of tactical preparation, his lack of squad building, and his stubbornness.

He needs to go, but unfortunately for us, he won't.
