RVP is just lacking confidence in my opinion, he isn't passed it, he will come good this season, he scored the goal of the World Cup for goodness sake, he isn't passed it, once he get's back to scoring ways he will come good again, of that I am sure.

Who are you trying to convince here?

There was a few posts a day or 2 ago that rvp is finished.

They tweeted about Blind's injury last week and they gave wrong info. LVG gave them a dig about it when asked about Shaw.

Think he was puting them on the spot about Daley Blinds 6 month injury spell. Harmless fun really.

I think bow legged players appear to be less vibrant than their 'normal' counterparts, Rivaldo being another example.

Legend of a man IMO - he left with nothing but praise for the United fans and never a bitter word about the club.. didn't work out at United but I hope he does something great in Spain.

RVP is just going through a poor patch.

But IMO he foes need to be dropped. Like see Mata come in and stick Rooney up top.

    Tricky one tomorrow.

Why do united pay agents for a transfer? are they effectively just a legal representive? Why dosent the player pay them?

Good point, although it does seem to be the only way to sign top players

The agents represent the players , so should be paid by the players

Thought Utd would be alot higher, especially with the super agent on our side

Liverpool spent nearly double than us and still got a shower of sh1te.Those players agents must be magicians.

RVP is just going through a poor patch.

A poor patch lasting 18 months.

I think he'll start tomorrow, but if he is terrible again then he will be dropped for the stoke game.

Just reading some of the talk about RVP and, while I agree, I am laughing to myself at the difference in reaction when people called for Rooney to dropped when he was playing badly regularly over the last 4 years.

I've long been convinced that there's a few of you who are easily influenced by the pro-English player bias of the UK press.

When Jonny Foreigner plays badly he's rubbish when John Bull plays ****e, it's because he's being played out of position. LOL

RVP got some important goals but his overall form is quite shockingly bad.

Rooney got plenty of criticism in the past, but he wouldn't be on the list to criticise at the moment, apart from that stupid tackle that got him suspended.

Wilson deserves a chance and please God, we see Falcao back to his best.

Mata is far more a goal threat than RVP is right now.

When is it that Rooney had such long periods of poor form, while playing as a striker, like RVP is having now?

Well with RVP it's actually not bad form we are witnessing. Remember, we bought him when he was almost 30. He was fantastic in his first season. The guy is 32 next year. What we are seeing over the last 18 months is a gradual decline in the player. He's lost half a yard of pace and I think this has affected his confidence. He's slowed down and I don't think he has figured out how his game will go from here. He needs to adjust how he plays the game. He could do worse than to watch hours of Teddy Sheringham videos.

He is on MUTV speaking Spanish...

I'm looking forward to United reducing Hull to absolute tears today.

I don't like speaking in absolutes, but Man Utd -2 @ 13/5 is an absolute certainty and I shall have every cent of the €5.27 in my bank account on it.

    Fairly attacking line up.

Carrick to drop into defense and midfield with Fellaini ahead of him?
