    Really the only supplements I think anyone would need for lifting is a pwo and protein if it's more convenient to make a quick shake instead of cooking steak, chicken, eggs etc. at times. Most people that tailor their diets to themselves should be getting all the nutrients they'd need from their diets anyway but I guess a multivitamin, and some people say zinc has a lot of benefits.

    Other than that I really wouldn't be wasting much money on supplements and would spend that money on more food instead and keep hitting your daily calorie goals, unless you wanna get on dat der cell tech brah.

    lol all i know is creatine and protein endacl ! :) anyone suggest a PWO for me as i normally take this as one and makes me somewhat sick mid way through :/

    whats the best thing so ? the all in 1 is for pre/post and is packed with stuff so might just stay on that :)

    There is no best. It completely depends on what your current diet is.
