    theres no way this guy was the first shop in Europe to sell wine kits and he claims, incredibly that his kits dont give you a hangover "as there are no chemicals involved".


    Yea just silly, some wine makers blame the addition of sulphites for the hangover and not the ethanol :/

    I think he's claiming to be first in Ireland to "make the wine for you". I think you start it off, and then he looks after it and racks it, you come back to bottle it.

    I'd like to see him put his money back policy on that statement!

    I've seen this pop up around the web now a few times. Nice idea alright What's the craic with being allowed to make wine on a commercial premises but not beer?

    I don't see why there is a difference. There is one outfit (London Beer Lab) based in brixton, which let you brew on their premises, they mind your fermentation, and tell you when to call in and bottle.

    In principle, money changed hands at the time before the product was alcoholic, and they are just warehousing the customers property.
