Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Worked for an electrical contractors from about 2004-2010. Every year except the last we had a Christmas party and got a Christmas bonus. The bonus was equivalent to a weeks wages. As a 1st year apprentice it was about €200 but getting up to 4th year and just qualified it was €550+ as far as I remember. A great gesture for a years work well done

The company I work for gives everyone double pay at Xmas plus a Xmas party and then we get our performance bonuses in February.

Don't think I will be leaving any time soon.

One of the reasons I need to get out of the public sector
