iphone 4s disabled

hi I got my son an iphone4s today from mr iphone nothing wrong with the phone but he put a new phone lock code on and has forgotten it, I have tried the I tunes restore but it goes so far and then is looking for the passcode to continue please can someone help me out

Thanks but that is what I have been doing but looks for the pass code halfway through
