Hi,

I am at a stage of business planning new venture which will require a use of HACCP approved kitchen, initially very little but daily, can work unsocial hours.
Maybe somebody is facing similar challenge and would like to share cost, or maybe kitchen you have can take on another person in return for a fee.

Preferably in D15.
