Does anyone know how to access the Eduroam wireless network around campuses? I've tried every combination of password and email I could think of but it won't let me access... I'm a mydit email. Anyone having success with it?

Make sure you're entering your email address as x12345678@dit.ie, not x12345678@mydit.ie and you select PEAP as EAP method

Darn, forgot the C prefix... Will try that tomorrow!

No such luck...it just doesn't seem to want to connect me at all!

    That's odd.

    On my devices I have:

    Eap method: PEAP
    Phase-2 authentication: MSCHAPV2
    Identity: C12345678@dit.ie
    Anonymous Identity -blank-
    Password: -your email password-

    No issues

Maybe it's the email password part; I changed mine when I registered. This was on my phone so can try it tomorrow on laptop.

Can't connect to it either tbh.

    C123456@mydit.ie

and my password which is my d.o.b. so 12011990 for instance.

Obviously that's not my C number or date of birth but is that the correct way of doing it?

Shouldn't your DOB be 6 digit? DDMMYY

Also on Android, check that the authentication is set to MSCHAPv2 like the post above mentions. I'd recommend you change your password from your DOB for security.

    It's @dit.ie, not @mydit.ie.

    So x12345678@dit.ie
