Supervalu daily discounts

My local Supervalu (kimmage) has a reduced fridge for meat etc. Everyday they stock it up but for the life of me I can't fathom what time they do it. It's a great way of stocking up the freezer. Anyone any idea?

It's usually after the evening rush
Monday at Tesco is great crack, the same people floating around the store waiting for the person to put the yellow stickers out 7:30-8:30
Most stores are the same time
But I notice dunnes go early around 3pm
