Hanging moroccan rug on wall

Looking to add a horizontal bar to top edge of my Moroccan rug to hang it on the wall. I can probably do a DIY job of this but don't have time unfortunately, so where could I get this done either in Dublin city centre, or north Dublin? Thanks
