Emobile date useage

    Hi,

    Has anyone experienced an issue with how emobile calculate data usage.

    I'm on a Sim only plan which includes 5gb data allowance.

    I got a message this morning saying I am reaching my limit and from my emobile account I can see they have calculated it at 4.1gb.

    I have my S4 stock data counter set for my data cycle and it has my usage calculated at 2.85gb, similarly the data counter through my Dashclock widget is giving the same usage.

    That is a huge difference.

    Hi would you mind posting their reply to you. I used to be on vodafone and tesco and my usage seems to be much higher.
