Hi I am trying to save a youtube clip to my computer and am using KeepVid (on Chrome). I am totally useless with all things technology, have looked at various online tutorials on how to use it, looks so easy, but doesn't work for me. It just saves a blank file. Any ideas? Thanks :-)

If you go to the keepvid website and just past in the URL of the youtube video in question, then the site will return a list of links - pick the video quality that you want and download. No chrome extension necessary.
