Hey! It's from this year if you look at the date it was posted, the guy just got the date wrong in the topic heading.. If you look at the date and time it was posted in 2016

Hey no the poster just wrote the wrong year in his topic heading, if you look at the dates on the actual posts themselves they're dated 2016.

I'm 18 years old only have waitressing experience and did my interview last Monday

Have a second interview at half 3 delighted!! The two woman who interviewed me were lovely! Good luck to anyone else who has interviews this week!

Hi there people, I'm crew with aer lingus,started last year! Don't be worrying about phone calls etc they will come! The wait is long I know and feels like forever but it's well worth the wait!😉

Ofcourse, the first interview is fine, there's two interviewer's. They ask you what you no about aer lingus, what team work means to you, why communication is important, why teamwork is important, situations where you had to work as a team and a time you gave excellent customer service.

It's pretty straight forward.
Before that you do a height assesment and a reach test.

Hey guys, yes, i'm the one in the cabin crew forums and got the call saying i've been accepted but not yet got my medical date... I'm already crew for another airline, is that maybe why?

Hey! I doubt that would be a factor in regards to getting a medical date! Unless you told them it was?
