Warranty lenght for ps4 bought in HMV?

    The ps4 is faulty and i was wondering could i return it for a refund off hmv, what duration is the return period if faulty?

    30 days with HMV and 2 years with Sony. You won't get a refund but you are entitled to a replacement.

    I believe it is 1 year for the PS4

    If the PS4 is faulty, then your consumer rights apply. You are entitled to a refund or replacement or repair. You have to deal with the retailer here.

    The 28 day period sounds like the "change of mind" period which doesn't apply here.

    it's a sony product so Hmv will have to sent it back to Sony repair center to fix the issue, it Sony standard warranty policy.
