AverMedia Live Gamer Portable

    Hi everyone. I just got my hands on Live Gamer portable from AverMedia. Great device. Records 1080p 30fps onto SD card or PC etc. Problem is I can't get it to record UEFI BIOS or anywhere outside Windows for that matter.
    Eg. I switch to SD card mode, 720p (tried 1080p as well) 18Mbps, press button to record, using mouse select Reboot, PC reboots but the device only records last Windows screen followed by Welcome screen. Nothing in between. Display shows everything (pass through via Avermedia while recording) but it does not record.
    Any tips recording outside of Windows, DOS, BIOS etc?
