    The multi-platinum, Grammy-Award-winning, masked beast that is Slipknot is set to make a long awaited return to 3Arena, Dublin on 14 January 2015 with their 'Prepare For Hell' tour. Special Guests Korn will join them on the night. Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 17 at 9am

    Seen them last time they played the RDS and I still maintain it was the best live show I've ever seen. I will be there for this one, although probably standing at the back rather than moshing at the front :D

    Sitting should be OK but in saying that standing at the back should be fine also.

    NG onsale frisay too, dont know about much overlapping fanbase, but might pull some of the casuals away..

    Should it sell, or looking at an a7x level crowd?

    Good time of year to put a show on sale, a lot will be nice Xmas presents! Will it sell out? Probably not. Korn supporting them will bring in more numbers alright but I'm guessing 75% full.

    14,500 tickets is a lot to sell.

    Mind you Korn and Slipknot back in the late 90's early 00's on their own would have sold this venue out no problem.
