Credit Not Showing

    Hi, 

    I just checked my electric ireland electricity account and it shows that I made a payment however the credit value shows an incorrect amount. 

    Can someone let me know what you need to investigate please?

    Hi The_Sub,

    If you made the payment today or yesterday and electronically, this is likely just that the funds are clearing, and once they do, the system will update.

    Once you are the account-holder, we can check your account no problem - just private message us your Electric Ireland account number, your name, address in full and the telephone number on your Electric Ireland account.
