Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Sorry.
I didnt go. Just sent my solicitor to represent me. Then I couldnt get in touch with him to find out what happend. He left me stewing over the weekend!!
Anyways, I got a one liner email this morning from him to say that both cases had been struck out. No penalty as there was no loss of revenue. Easy €150 for my solicitor, but it took the stress away so it was worth. Happy with the outcome.

And here lies why he was probably summoned, a few quid for the solicitor and everyone is happy. Wonder how well the garda knows the solicitor?
With all that has gone on its hard to have a level of trust with some of the underhand stuff which gardai do.
