Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

maybe it's just me but there seems to be a dearth of good-looking women on irish TV lately

irish politics is a complete write-off in that department

has the equality pendulum swung too much in favour of older or less-attractive but competent ladies?

RTE does not employ females on their looks, although their charter says that they aspire to a minimum standard of "possibly from behind."

It's hardly raining good-looking men either.

Not that I would know what makes a man good-looking or anything.

This kind of casual sexism isn't to be tolerated here.
