    Hiya,

    Has anyone met such situation:

Legit company has valuable asset to sell. Its been approach by a buyer. Buyer wants to pay some part by a cash under the table and rest by a bank transfer.
Buyer or middle man says is not treated well by Boss but has strong influence for a business and wants a commission to finish a transaction.

While as agreed someone gives cash to company's representatives he wants to be paid by cash in the same moment in a different place/country.

I believe this is a scam and deal will never work out; has anyone heard about it?
    Thanks.

    Jacob

    You will pay the commission.
    Middle-man will vanish.

    THE END

It may be legit, but by carrying out the transaction as I think you've outlined, somewhere along the line an illegal deed will have taken place so no comment will be allowed here, according to Forum Charter.

This is a wind-up and not a scam because nobody would be so stupid to be caught by such a dumb proposal or break several laws. Unless of course that person could be in the type of business to look for 200 tons of scrap copper (+/-€1.5 mill) per month in Ireland

Qbus81 - please refrain from posting in the forum again if you do not have legitimate business questions. The forum is not the place to discuss illegal activity or stupid scams you may find yourself involved in.
