Skrill not letting me withdraw my money

Anyone else having trouble withdrawing there money using the Skrill app? I've sent numerous messages to them asking why I can't access my money, with only one reply pointing me to the F.A.Q section. Which was no use. My debit card is registered with them and is current. Cannot lodge the money to a bank account either.
