Hi there, Sorry if this is in the wrong place - feel free to move it.... I'm just wondering about claiming tax relief on college fees. I've been studying part time for the last number of years (in final year now) but haven't claimed my tax back yet. Can I apply for it all on one form? Or does it have to be 3 separate…

Hi there,
Sorry if this is in the wrong place - feel free to move it....

I'm just wondering about claiming tax relief on college fees. I've been studying part time for the last number of years (in final year now) but haven't claimed my tax back yet. Can I apply for it all on one form? Or does it have to be 3 separate forms?
And do I need to include receipts, or is it just the form and just have the receipts available if requested?
