Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hurling permit in weaker counties

Five adult hurling teams here in Sligo but we are having a lot of bother with this new "hurling permit" rule. Anyone out there know how it should work.??
We are a dual club having both football and hurling teams. All the clubs around us are football only. Over the years lads from those clubs wishing to play hurling could do so with us and continue to play football with their own club.
This new permit rule however limits us to a combined total of 4 players from all of these clubs ??? Seems stupid and its hard luck on the poor lad who is number 5 or higher.
Anyone know how other weaker counties apply this permit rule ??
