    I'm in Need of a Loan of €5,000 but I'm on Benefits, so Can't get one From the Bank, I've Seen Online Loans all With High Rates and Asking for Proof of Address Such as Utilities Bill Which I Don't Have as on a pay as you go Service, I Don't Have Bank Details as can get it Online so no More Paper, I Don't Have a Job, so Getting a Loan is Hard, I can Pay €115 a Month for This Loan and Looking for the Lowest Rate Possible, Would be Grateful for any Help or Advice
