I don't think there is any hope for me. Not if I couldn't eat jellies. Save yourselves...I'll be ok :(

I haven't wanted chocolate either. But I'm sure we will recover.

One whole Cadbury bar and two chocolate brownies consumed in 2 days. I'm living large and enjoying every bite.....BUT, I'll be ready to start fresh tomorrow. I'm going to alter what I'm giving up a little....will make final VICE decision by midnight tonight! (I'm assuming I'm not alone in this VICE challenge thingy....)

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,208 ✭✭✭shotgunmcos

Is that all. I've put away 4 packs of biscuits in 2 days!

    So next challenge hmmm

A staple - something you eat or drink almost everyday
A vice - something not good for you
    A plank - at least 60 secs
    A habit - stop it

    Everyday
    30 days

No forfeits. Simply, can you do it? Go hard!

    Any other ideas?

Anyone for kicking this off again? Nothing better for keeping you honest than practical strangers on the internet :D

Given that I've just eaten 4 cup cakes at work - freebies from Sports & Social, I could probably do with this :D

Coffee is too good to give up, but coffee is always accompanied with snacks ... its all I got left!

What is the benefit in giving up coffee? (genuine question)

I remember someone once telling me that coffee affects your ability to use fat and as a result you struggle to lose weight.

I never spoke to him again!! ;)

It exacerbates my IBS which has gone into overdrive since the dct tummy bug. I have to eat very carefully to let that calm down. But coffee is also a crutch (along with sugar) when, like me, you suffer from bouts of chronic tiredness - you crave those things! So Im taking it out of the equation and working on a cleaner diet to see if the fatigue improves.

    So when is it starting?
What are the punishments rules? :D

Been out of the loop of late, could do with this. Need over want tho :o

as i hadn't had my first of many coffees today i read that as ITB, and wondered how on earth coffee could affect a thick band of tissue

that alone is proof to me i should stick with the coffee :)

Is the 300 burpee in one day challenge on Satruday not enough for you? :)

I reckon 25 burpees per hour is the way to go. Could be fun in work getting customers to join in each hour :D

I think we should it the same as last year - do the 500 calorie one for the junk food. For things like coffee that you can't necessarily calorie count pick a number of coffees a week/month you're 'allowed'

Last years punishments were pretty sick..

I doubt it given how much the kids disturb your sleep and the un-Godly hours you tweet at ;) :pac:

I, by the way, am starting a rehash of this now...250 calories of my vice (soft drinks and chocolate) for the remainder of the month...and full swing next month.

    Who else is in? :pac:
