What's wrong with my goldfish

    I have an upgraded tank of 70 gallons for my single common goldfish. The ammonia levels are zero as I did a water change. He was fine when I got him but now he has a bit of ick and I'm trying to treat him for it. But now he's just bottom sitting and is pooing white poos and is refusing food. What's wrong with him please help.
