    I have just noticed that Universa,l Syfy,Fox and many others have gone.
    i recorded Walking Dead on monday night and now it is saying this prog
    is no longer available on Evision.
    What is going on.

    I rang tech support they said the experience package was removed about six days ago.
    We had not  rang to have it removed.They could not sort it so was passed over to customer 
    service.I was told that eircom were removing experience packs without notice then 
    you ring up to ask why.We can reconnect you however the price is gone up by 3 euro.
    I had received a letter stating that the price was being increased with extra channels.
    Price increase to take effect on the 3rd of November i had no problem with this.
    To remove channels without notice is not good customer service.
