Lost phone, making claim against insurance.

    hello there!

    I lost my phone and have to make a claim against my insurance. I just have a few questions for anyone out there who have made a claim in the past.

    Do they send you a brand new phone or a refurbed unit? I would be annoyed if I got a refurb seeing as I had to pay 1/3 of the cost of the phone as an excess .

    If the phone is new do they just send you the handset or will it come like it would retail, in the box and all?

    And lastly say I find the phone at a later stage say through the lost and found where I lost it what do I do then? Do I send them the new phone or the one that was lost.
