Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well the usual suspects are on a mission tonight.

It's very tame in here. Shaw has been poor and called up on it. Your making something out of nothing I think.

  • LVG needs to switch to two up front and tighten up in midfield. Too much space between midfield and defence

That was a great challenge by Blind. I'm a big fan of those fouls.

Mata 37 million, Shaw 30 million, Rojo 16m making some of Liverpools buys seems like great value!

What has Liverpool to do with this thread at all? If you want to discuss the game, feel free, but cut out the Liverpool talk.

Fcuk this, the odds on United to win are too good to pass up.

RVP and Mata could do with coming off. Falcao and Fel on I reckon.

I believe a Man Utd fan was the first to mention liverpool in the thread.

Rvp should have gave that to Rafael.

What's happened to Mata? He looks like a complete passenger.

    Mourinho is no fool.

His best days are behind him

    Good half from the Baggies.

Van Persie was always going to be a one season player for Manchester United at the level he peaked at. I suspect Ferguson didn't really give a **** because he knew he was off.

He's still a good player capable of brilliant moments but the hype him and Rooney get is silly.

Really it should be Luis on the left and Azpilicueta on the right, out of the Chelsea squad, that is the best full back combo. Mourinho seems to be sticking with Brana on the right though which is quite strange to me.

Without focusing on the Chelsea aspect of it, Im not Ivans biggest fan but hes a fine FB storng as an ox, good in the air and strong defensively while offering a set piece threat.

Hes one of the best fbs in the league but if Luis can play well in the next 3 games he may keep the LB spot.

RVP has been poor for over a year now. Ferguson got the best out of him.

Januzaj off and Falcao on please.

If West Brom could only knit the play together a bit better and cut out the long balls, Utd would be playing more of the game in their half, this game is there to be won by WBA if they have the belief.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,304 ✭✭✭madcabbage

Looks like Fellani will play some role second half from what the cameras are showing of the bench. Wouldn't be surprised if Herrera or Januzaj went off.

Teams just aren't afraid of Man U anymore and why should they. Gonna be a long season

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,196 ✭✭✭✭RobbingBandit

Still sticking with 4-2 for this, Carrick on for Ander, Falcao on for Januzaj could spark things up.

In fairness to United, there's 5 new players in their starting 11. It will take a while to get the best out of them.

He's done nothing wrong per se, but probably should be offering more in a game like this. Unfair to say he has been poor, you could say the same of everyone out there including Di Maria who has put in a few good crosses but done little else.

Graham Dorrans for West Brom looks a very tidy footballer, great feet.

The spoofer Neville is critical of the way Utd are playing.
But he didnt mention the manager...
Eh they are playing like that because of the manager Gary. Terrible as usual. Just be honest ffs!

Since we're pinging crosses in it makes sense. Mata has been poor.

Jesus, agenda in the way much? Neville called out United for playing a high line with no pressing. He didn't say it was solely the fault of the players. He got a 2min slot to talk about this and his point was coherent and well made.

Unlike the actual spoofer Carragher who half starts different points before moving on to other ones and making eff all sense.

Neville was honest. I really don't see what your issue is.

I'm starting to warm to the Carragher/Neville partnership.

Haha, pot/kettle. you have an agenda with Jamie...

Yeah youre right "he called them out for playing a high line", and also not pressing high up the pitch... But he refuses to lay blame at the manager's door. Why?

Thats the issue, he wont say a bad word about the manager.
