yoga or pilates limerick

Hi, I am looking to start either yoga of pilates in limerick as I am picking up a lot of injuries when playing sports and am told yoga or pilates would help. I am a 30 year old male. Any advice on which one night should try or where in limerick would be best to start?

If you get an experienced yoga teacher, it is by far better than Pilates. Pilates will help strengthen your core and tone the body,
but Yoga will do that and also work with your mind to increase will power, also concentration, improve breathing, and teach techniques
of relaxation and learning to let go of thoughts.
