    Hi,
    I just rang the 1901 number to try order the item linked below. I was passed around 4 different departments and was on the call for 17min!! In the end was unable to make the order. I think most of who I talked with did not know this product. Any chance I can make the order here?

    I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with getting through to an agent. 

    The best channel to contact is our support team on 1890 260 260 (telephopne number and option 0) They'll be able to issue this order for you.
