o2 - being charged for data on Freedom Internet

    Anyone else having issues with Freedom INternet? I still have over 3gb left of data but they started charging me for data! 60 euros down the drain ffs.

    I talked to a rep and he said its a "known issue and will be resolved soon". that doesn't quite cut it, I need data access at all times. Anyone else experiencing this? Should I get a different sim in the mean time?

    I just checked my balance and everything seems fine with my account.

    No message or anything from o2 before or after the refund... just a refund for about 60% of the costs incurred. What the hell :/
