Just tried looks like there been swamped with requests!

Any invites going here? I emailed google 24/10/2014 and still haven't got an invite yet.


Edit: Finally Got an email to them on about my third attempt. So everyone else keep trying!

And got my invite @2:54 am

It's like... fine. It's a fine app. I like it. I recommend it. But this invite system really blows it out of proportion. Clever marketing really.

Just a fyi for anyone else in this scenario, there was a trick posted earlier in this thread how to invite all your own accounts on a phone, so once you have one account enabled, you don't need invites for the rest.
You can also add your account to a friend's phone to propagate inbox enablement.

I'll take an invite if there's one going...

As noted earlier, you just need the invite email (anybody's) in your gmail inbox.

Also remember to download the app in the play store. You don't need an invite to download the map.

The big red plus on the bottom right corner: click/press it and one of the options will be "Send invites".
