Plain white duvet cover in Dublin City - help!

Hey there -
Quick one - does anyone know where I can get a plain white double duvet (200cm x 200cm) in town? It's for an event, I only need it for a few days, so cheap would be great.
I tried Dunnes, Argos and TK Maxx - none of these shops do plain white duvet covers, it seems, they all have patterns or textures.
I'm sure I can get swanky ones in Brown Thomas or somewhere, but I'm hoping to keep the cost down.
Anyone know? Thanks!

Does it have to be absolutely dead plain? I'm fairly sure Dunnes do a range of budget, plain coloured bedlinen - did you try one of the stores with a big home section?

It has to be dead plain - no texures or colours, or subtle stripes.

Dunnes in town only has textured or patterned ones.

I'll drop in and look at Pennys and Guineys tomorrow - hopefully one of them will have it coz it will be dead cheap in either of those.

And failing that - M&S looks like a goer, even though dearer.

Ack - M&S doesn't have homeware depts in the city stores.

Henry Street/Mary Street has a homeware dept.

If Tesco does plain ones, they'd almost certainly be cheaper. But I don't know if any city centre Tescos have homeware departments, I think they're all in the huge suburban ones.

Although - maybe the underground one in Jervis???

Funny about M&S - I phoned and was told there was no homewares at all in the city. Will call Mary St direct now.
Brown Thomas don't even have a plain white one at all!
I am near Merrion Centre, will try Tesco.

I'm nearly sure that Tesco Merrion doesn't have anything like bedlinen - but might be worth a call to check.

Unless things have changed lately M&S Mary St. definitely have a (smallish) homewares section that has plenty of bedlinen. They'll also order it into a store of your choice for no fee, and it'll be there two days later.

Definitely try Tesco Jervis.

Called Mary St - they do have homewares and they have that second one in stock - €60, grand! They put it by for me
