Jack Charlton! About 150 years ago. That's who Scot reminds me of!

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,269 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

Ah Jaysus, did he really have to tell hiim who was at the table?

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,269 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

    Oh dear, poor Sven!

Hope Scot fares better with his fish and no timer

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,269 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

Poor Scot just doesn't get the concept of a "swipe" of purée, does he?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,185 ✭✭✭Snoopy1

He was very fussy about the puree
I like him better than the woman chef yesterday

Well, now, I wouldn't thank you - never mind pay you - for that plate of salmon.

Looks like a greasy, sloppy mess.

    (I'm sure it isn't!)

I'd be starving after one of these meals. There's not a lot on the plate

Mr Koffmann seems like a nice man..now let the cooking start !!

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,269 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

Ah Pierre, give an opinion one way or t'other ffs!

You'll get a pain in your bum sitting on that fence.

Ok - now the programme begins

Not the bloody water bath again!

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,324 ✭✭✭keps

Marcus seems to think it is amazing the professional chefs are using flavours 'that work well together'!

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,269 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

Marcus is turning into quite the twinkly, smiling, Daddy-figure. Not a million miles off Michel. I might be a fan!

    More bloody white chocolate!

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,185 ✭✭✭Snoopy1

Why do they keep using the waterbath
I need someone to make me pistachio cake

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,324 ✭✭✭keps

The 2 of them are doing pigeon - a dish I'd never order

  • Registered Users Posts: 29,269 ✭✭✭✭HeidiHeidi

My money is firmly on Sven for tonight. Even though he's not actually my favourite.

I thought everyone had him as a bad-tempered dragon, no?

Monica: "there isn't a water-bath NEAR this chef"

Well I wonder whose side she's on, then

I thought you fancied Sven- you can't have all the sweets in the bag

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,185 ✭✭✭Snoopy1

I mentioned Marcus eyes in week one :)
I've never had pigeon but I'd definitely try it

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,324 ✭✭✭keps

    Big praise for Scott

I said exactly the same thing :)
Apparently I mentioned Marcus eyes with a misty expression, so I've been accused of only watching masterchef for the eye candy.

See 3 weeks ago I said it :)

Phoarrrrrrrr, that sauce  Yum yum yum!

(could have done without the info that "innards and heart" are in it though!)

His dish looks fab in fairness.

No way is he going home tonight.
