Brian and Sven my final 2 with Sven edging it. Marcus has his favorites and if you're not one of them you're doomed.

Anyone see his reaction when Darren went up to shake his hand having been eliminated? Just thought it a tad cold.

Get Roosters

Quarter them.

In a pot and bring to the boil.

When boiled turn the heat down to a medium simmer.

Test with a fork until almost soft in the middle.

Remove

Drain

Let stand in the pot for 5 minutes.

Done

I had thought that I would miss michel but I really like Marcus. He's very fair and will pull no punches if the work isn't up to scratch.

I was impressed by Michel agreeing to participate in the programme: he shows himself to be a bigger man than whoever decided to dispense with his services.

And I would prefer him over Marcus.

I thought Michel roux turned down this year's as he had other projects ongoing at the same time.
I like Marcus anyway

They fired Michel (or decided not to offer him a contract for this series) because he had an advertising contract with his potato supplier.

Yep, and noticed something similar with a previous contestant where he gestured towards the door rather contemptuously.

Disappointing that Darren went out at the first challenge, I think he would have done much better than Danny at cooking for the chefs.
