Good books for starting small food business

Hi,

I'm checking out some books on Amazon that discuss turning a food passion into a career.

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations ?

It would help if you could say what type of food business you are considering. There is a world of a difference between, say, producing cheese to sell at a farmers market & running a café.

My apologies. I would be most interested in books relating to selling products at markets and potentially getting some artisan food shops to supply them.
